Blacklist

The blacklist is reserved for the very worst-behaving players. Only when a player is beyond redemption or seriously disrupts the game environment should they be added; if they are confirmed enemies, list them directly. Any server or administrator who blacklists someone must take follow-up responsibility (the alliance will support) and promptly share the information so that all members act in unison. All servers under the alliance shall refuse blacklisted players. The blacklist is a last resort—use it with caution.
