1️⃣ New "Alliance Community Voting" Feature

Now available in the 【Alliance Management】 menu.

Main Features:

• 📊 Voting Leaderboard: Shows top 100 initiators and participants
• 📋 Rename Records: Filter by status, initiator, or keyword
• 📋 Alliance Change Log: Full history with query support
• 👤 Personal Voting Details: View each player's voting records and contributions

2️⃣ Offline Protection Feature

Players can enable "Offline Protection" on their profile for account and data security.

Features:

• 🛡️ Prevent account impersonation
• 🔒 Prevent illegal merit and data merging
• 📊 Preserve full history and accumulated merit

⚠️ When enabled, if an online player with the same name is detected, the system will auto-mark as "(Impersonator)"

🔧 Improvements

Rename Management Rules:

• ✅ Delete/Revert rename operations restricted to Alliance Admins
• ✅ Non-admins will see: "Please contact Alliance Admin"
• ✅ Enhanced detection of illegal merit merging

Player Data Collection Adjustment:

To reduce data redundancy and improve access speed:

• 📉 Only players with max power ≥ 300,000 are collected
• ⏰ Data is scraped daily at 12:00 Beijing time
• 💡 Players reaching 300k power at scrape time will be collected

Announcement Optimization:

• ✅ Announcements moved to the right side
• ✅ Rich text formatting support (hyperlinks, etc.)
• ✅ Improved reading experience

🐛 Bug Fixes

• 🔧 Fixed BW region server cancellation and rename issues
• 🔧 Optimized rename and history query efficiency
